The space Facing south, the apartment "Les Ecrins 1" with an area of 145 m² spread over two floors, can accommodate up to 12 people. Its large balcony on the entire front of the chalet makes optimal sunshine possible throughout the day, and its Wellness Area a moment of escape well appreciated after a good day of sport. "Les Ecrins 1" offers you all the comforts of a modern apartment: its fully equipped American kitchen allows you to cook your favorite dishes and you will taste, according to the season and your preferences, raclette, fondue or blueberry pie around the wooden table. After an active day in the intoxicating setting that surrounds the chalet, the sofas in the living room area with its wood stove will welcome you for a moment of relaxation, unless you opt for the wellness area with its sauna and hammam. 5 bedrooms (including two mountain corners on the mezzanine), a bathroom on the upper floor, and a shower room on the lower floor will offer everyone the necessary private corner. The back kitchen with its shelf and second refrigerator will be much appreciated for storing food for a whole week. Cyclists? Whether your goal is to participate in the renowned GranFondo, La Marmotte, the Alpe d'HuZes charity, the Alpe d'Huez Duo or Triathlon, or simply to climb the famous passes of the Tour de France, you will enjoy a strong start since the mythical climb of the Alpe D'Huez with its 21 turns is located less than 5 kilometers from your premises. The large garage will ideally serve as a bicycle room and the maintenance equipment will be waiting for you on site. All other mountain-related activities (hiking, trail, mountain biking...) are accessible from the chalet, located in the upper part of the village. Note that the chalet has a second apartment "Les Ecrins 2" located on the ground floor. Although smaller, it offers comfort comparable to the first with its American kitchen, dining area and living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 mountain corner offering sleeping for a maximum of 8 people, a bathroom and shower room, a separate toilet, a south-facing balcony with its spa and garden. These 2 apartments can be rented together and will accommodate up to 20 people.
