We want you to relax and enjoy — here are a few key things to know before booking: 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 16h | Check-out: By 11h Self check-in available (ID required beforehand as per Portuguese law) 🧘‍♀️ Peace & Privacy No parties or events – this is a quiet residential area Please respect quiet hours from 22h–08h Keep music and voices low, especially in the garden and pool area 🚭 Smoking & Pets No smoking indoors No pets allowed (to keep the home allergen-free) Thank you for respecting these rules 🏊 Pool Rules & Deposit A €500 security deposit applies → Will be withheld if glass or organic matter is found in the pool Pool is heated from October 1st to May 30th → Heated to 28°C by default → Higher temperatures available upon request and subject to an additional fee → Pool must be kept covered when not in use to maintain temperature 🧼 Respect the Space Lost key: €50 replacement fee Report any issues within 24h of check-in Always lock doors and close windows when leaving Please leave the house tidy at check-out By booking, you confirm you’ve read and accepted these rules.
