This charming four-bedroom vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and the community has everything necessary for your next beach getaway. With 2 community pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, workout facility, two clubhouses, and gated beach access, The Preserve at Grayton Beach has no shortage of activities for guests to enjoy on their vacation. Guest access While staying at The Grayt Escape you will have access to the entire house as well as the 2 community pools, tennis courts, fitness center and the gated/deeded beach. Please note there is 7 night stay minimum with Saturday check-ins and for the summer season May through August. Brand new 6 passenger golf cart available to rent during your stay for an additional fee, please inquire if interested. Must provide a copy of drivers license, copy of insurance, sign waiver, drivers must be at least 25 years old and agree to safety terms and conditions
