Private home with large lot allowing for privacy but close enough to town to easily get to restaurants and the split. Open concept living space with vaulted open ceilings. Large modern kitchen with all the amenities that you need including a water filtration system reducing the need for bottled water. Washroom has a bidet and beautiful rainfall shower with spa like feel. Queen bed in master, second bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms are aimed to bring you to total relaxation. The space The house is in the perfect location and sits on a large lot with mature plants and trees . Close enough to easily get to town or to the water by walking or riding a bike but in an area that is away from all the hustle and bustle to give you the vacation you so deserve. Wanting to take a small plane onto the island from the mainland, the island airport is only a short walk to the house, approx 3-5 minute walk. Don’t worry you won’t be disturbed at all by the few small planes that come and go, we are far enough that you won’t be bothered by any noise but close enough to enjoy seeing some planes take off from the island while you sit on the balcony. Guest access House in on large spacious lot with large private gardens. Other things to note Bicycles are available for rent on site for an additional fee of $25 US per bike for the duration of your stay. Bike fees are due in cash upon arrival. Please request bike rental at time of booking. We do not provide body soap or shampoo as we found everyone has unique preferences/needs while also wanting to avoid allergy concerns. We do however provide hand soap, and toilet paper along with a bidet to help reduce paper waste since the island relies on a limited sewer system. Dish soap, dishcloths and dish towels are also on site for clean ups again avoiding the need for paper towel usage. One bath towel, one hand towel, one face cloth and one beach towel will be provided to each guest registered on the booking. Limiting unnecessary linen usage helps to protect the resources on the island of Caye Caulker. There is a drying rack on site that can be used during your stay. Linens will only be refreshed for guests staying for 7 days or longer. Should any guest staying less than 7 days prefer fresh towels a fee of $20US will be charged and due at the time of towel exchange.
