The apartment price is for its entire use, regardless of the number of people. The tourist tax is not included; it's an extra charge of €9.50 per night for each person over 16 years old included in the reservation. Children under 2 years old do not count towards the maximum occupancy. The building has an elevator, but you will still have to climb 8 steps. Top floor apartment. It is on the sixth floor with a lift (plus 7 steps), very bright, on the inner side of the block with views of the courtyards of the buildings. It´s very quiet, as you can´t hear the street noise. - One bedroom with extra-large double bed & "en suite full bathroom" and extra-large bed. - One medium bedroom with two single beds and a hanger (no window, the air is regenerated by ventilation through ducts) - A third very small room with a single bed. The main bathroom is in the hallway. It has a large shower. The en-suite bedroom has an identical bathroom. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, gas stove, toaster, Nespresso, kettle and all the basic utensils for the kitchen and dining room.
