Large public park with lake , playground and racecourse ideal for lovely walks close by. Smart tv Netflix ITV Hub etc. ROOM ONLY basis. The house is 3 bedroom split level semi detached. Very clean and comfortable. Guests are able to use bathroom . I am at home most evenings and weekends if you need any information.
