This is an entire house for rent, newly renovated and coloured, Renovated kitchen ,New sofas in october 2023 .previously we were giving only one room but now full house .This delightful place is chandanbala bldg located Opp Malabar hill police Station with huge jain temple .It has magnificent sea view from all windows chowpatty - pdp park, cross ventilation. It has blooming sunlight pleasant breeze as located on higher floor. 3 bedrooms( 1 bedroom without bed ) 3 full bathrooms 1 parking The space The view of the house is really beautiful. one can see whole Naiman point the best tourist spot, queens necklace view , chowpatty beach from front side and priyadarshini park and its sea view from back side. Hospitals, doctor clinic grocery store , stationery store , shopping centre,restaurants all are walking distance . Chandralok shopping centre is 10 minutes walking. Tourist places are 15 minutes drive.
