With concern for your physical and emotional wellbeing we offer free gym, yoga & meditation classes and paid home-cook healthy food in varieties of vegan, pure veg, & occasional non-veg food. Run by suave intellectual women, all activities are transparent, no illegal, hidden activities. People complement our homestay as a carestay. Once in, we take CARE of our guests, as if they're our family's most adorable kids, without interfering into their privacy we monitor them, so that they should lead a safe, peaceful and happy holidaying. We mean all these words, and work on that. With permission, we keep the track of their Uber drivers. If requested, we accompany our guests to the local haat, for local handicrafts; and local events for cultural exposure and enjoyment. This homestay has 4 spacious independent units: 1. My Dream Space: (Non-AC), INR. 2500 night, A spacious room with 260 degree nature view, 4. My Paradise: Me & Myself: (Non-AC), INR. 2000 night, A spacious room with 260 degree nature view. What make this room - "My Paradise: Me & Myself" unique are -: 1 ● Its price. In entire Bhubaneswar, it's impossible to get such a spacious, luxurious, safe room at this price. 2 ●This entire property is a strictly prohibited area for smoking, drinking alcohol and tobacco chewing. So, no chance for you to be worried over the stench of liquor, or smoking stuff in the room, or the grumble of bad mannered invisible neighbours just on the other side of your wall. Here, your neighbour is as suave as you, and their room is 10 feet away from yours! Not at other side of your wall !! 3● This room is like a bedroom + a living room. 4● This is an independent room. You won't have to bump on a nosy staring stranger, every time you come out of your room, which is a common feature in every budget hotel rooms. 5● This modern room is quite, secure, safe, and surprisingly private with a nature view through huge glass windows, but completely isolated, sans the fear of abandoned or lost! 6● The guests enjoy a well ventilated, bright, spacious 210’ carpet area room, a huge mirror, sparkling clean floor with vitrified tiles. Blanket, white bed sheets, fresh towels, free common toiletries, house sleepers, a clean shared washroom, 24 x 7 suply of water, electricity, and Wi-Fi; laptop friendly table & chair are the most common features. 7● A great place for study, work & rest. 8●It is a safe, secured and august place for solo women and elederly travellers. With genuine attention, we love & care their presence and welcome them whole heartedly. 9● This house is only-: 2 minutes walk to a free govt. gym, & morning walk, group yoga practice opportunity just across the road. 20 minutes drive from airport, 20 minutes walk from rail station, 10 minute walk to various ATMs, 15 minutes walk to the brañches of SBI, Union Bank, PNB, and Axis Bank, 15 minutes drive from Tourism Development Center, 20 minutes drive to two super malls 24x7 OLA service available at the doorstep. 10● The best place for a long term stay. We always wait for our longstay guests. Guest access When guests book this room Me & Myself, they also get the right to access the following places in this property. ●A common sitting place (lounge) is available in the first floor, for their relaxation, or for guests and their friends, who come to meet them. No outsiders are allowed in to the rooms. ● Guests also can access to many other areas such as: ♡ the mango tree shaded terrace to read a book by sitting under the open sky ♡ hang their wet clothes under the sun. ♡They can enjoy a relaxed cool evening in the spacious terrace garden lying on the cane-swing. ♡ They can also daily watch the lovely Indian clear sunrise from the 3rd floor rooftop, ♡practice their Yoga and Pranayam in the open terrace ♡Long stay guests can access free parking at night in the property's closed portico. Extra harm-free free parking also available at roadside, in front of the property. During your stay I'm omnipresent for my guests, but visible only then, when they need my help Other things to note This homestay is a friendly place for women, children and gentlemen. Smoking, chewing gutkha, paan or tobaco, taking alcohol (inside or outside of the homestay) during the stay,is strictly prohibited. Life is still beautiful without these. Our motto is ‐ Health is the only wealth, other possessions are mere details. Therefore, this homestay offers a free gym, morning walk, running, and free yoga practice opportunities (all free of cost!) to all our guests. Stay healthy, stay wealthy, live long. Life is more beautiful than you imagine. I welcome guests personally (-: no self check- in methods, even at any odd hour, no problem. After a hectic journey the guests need rest. My observation says-guest on arrival relax more, having a human presence to take their care. My place also thinks the same !
