The suite features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and an ultra-comfortable king-sized bed for a restful night. Additionally, there's a premium trundle sleeper sofa that comfortably accommodates two guests. For book lovers, a cozy window seat offers a picturesque view of the mountains. Our property operates entirely off-grid, powered by solar energy. Should solar power run low, a backup generator seamlessly maintains the supply, ensuring an uninterrupted off-grid experience. Our water comes from an artesian well, filtered through a triple-stage process and UV light. Guest access You will have your own private studio guest house with a private balcony looking out to sweeping panoramic views of the countryside. Guests are also free to roam the 3 acre property to explore, birdwatch, meditate or just take a walk. Other things to note We have a sweet, social dog who will want to greet you. You could also drive the Coronado bridge and then rent bikes and go down the Silver Strand from Coronado to Imperial Beach. If you want to stay close to the guest house, I recommend you plan to hike Potato Chip Rock and/or El Capitan Mountain (very strenuous).
