Bright apartment with mountain views & private terrace

The very bright, modern apartment (approx. 55 square meters) is located in a detached house built in 2016 with a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom, living and dining area are fully glazed towards the garden (some with sliding doors), so that the mountain view can always be enjoyed. NEW: For a fee, an electric car can now be charged at an 11 kW wallbox. The wallbox is located right by the house. NOTE: In the garden there is a pool. This is not available for vacation guests to use. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance on the southwest side of the house, which is accessible via a few steps. Other things to note Please note that in Bad Tölz a spa fee of €3.00 per night per person is charged for holiday guests. This can either be transferred after the booking has been completed and in advance of the stay or paid in cash upon arrival.
