Description
We are a family-owned and operated bed and breakfast 'Morino Garden Mashiko'. Located near the pottery town Mashiko. This Japanese tatami room is perfect to relax with your family. Enjoy our big wooden bathtub and breakfast (optional) by Yuriko. We also list a western twin bedroom! The space - Cozy Tatami-mat Japanese-style room. It's on the second floor. - There is a wash basin with a mirror, a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, a microwave oven, and a TV in the room. - There is a hot & cold water dispenser in the living room. Feel free to use it. - Maximum 4 people can stay in a room together. (Fee will be charged by each person) - A child between 3-11 will receive a discount from the adult price. Please message us. - An infant between 0-2 is free for the stay. Guest access - Hinoki-buro: Classic Japanese wood bathtub. Easily three people can take a bath together. *One family (or person if you prefer) at a time can use it. *This bath is open when more than two people stay in the B&B. Please use the smaller regular bathroom in the main house if you are the only guest when you stay. *You can also use the smaller bathroom when you just want to take shower. - Feel free to hang out in the big living room with a fireplace. - Sharing toilet. Two toilets in the building. - We have two electric bicycles to use for free. - We serve you breakfast with extra 1000yen (child 500yen) and dinner with extra 1500yen (child 1000yen). Make a reservation in advance. We only serve breakfast during the high season. During your stay Our staff is in the building in the morning and night for your help. Other things to note Morino garden is located in the forest, it means there is some distance from the middle of Mashiko town and It's not walkable between them, so we will pick you up and send you back to the town. We will only be able to accept the reservation for a group of at least two people during the Mashiko Pottery Fair and Twin Rink Motegi event. This place has official permission from the local government. Please note that we have a legal obligation in Japan to request the copy of passports.
