Spacious apartment (150sqm) with unique views of Saranda's coastline. It has 3 double bedrooms each with its own balcony & bathroom. Set in a modern block with a lift in vibrant part of town, a stone's throw away from the main sea port and local beach (50meters). Arranged in a way that each room has its own bathroom (2.5) and balcony (3) this spacious apartment is the ideal place to enjoy Saranda's views. We are close to Saranda's only port so the area caters to tourists but it has a very residential feel with local restaurants. The apartment is equipped with the usual amenities such as air con and appliances to make your stay comfortable but its unique feature is the large beachfront balcony which offers unparalleled views of the bay, surrounding mountains, Lekurësi castle and even as far as the island of Corfu. The ground floor shops include a tour agency, MHP which we frequently use for tours around Saranda, a foreign exchange point and a delicious Creperie. The block itself has been built to a high standard and has a secure entrance, an 8 persons fob operated lift and a parking lot in the basement. Our lovely family apartment is yours to enjoy. As much as is required; on arrival either myself or Joni will greet you with the keys and we are happy to offer any sort of information. Depending on your knowledge of Saranda, we can suggest a few tips ranging from attractions to the best places to eat. All you need to do is ask :) Given that is it near the sea port the street has a lot of information centres, tour operators (perfect for arranging day trips) and a few beachfront restaurants and bars. We are a few hundred meters away from the beginning of Saranda's promenade which has some great restaurants and live music venues. Saranda is quite compact and I find that walking is the best way to get around. Locals are very friendly with good knowledge of English, Italian and Greek and will offer to help should you get lost. Regular coach tours or even taxis are efficient ways of visiting attractions such as the ancient city of Butrint, the Blue Eye national park or the old town of Gjirokastra.
