Spacious cottage, minutes walk to the beach in the heart of the pretty village of Winterton-on-Sea, Norfolk. Perfect for families & dog lovers alike, sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The space Lazy Days cottage has 3 well-appointed bedrooms, all upstairs sleeping 6 comfortably. There is an enclosed cottage style front garden with rear and side access to a maintained paved and lawn garden. Off street parking for one car to the rear of the cottage with extra available across the road. Dogs are welcome. Own private front door and a spacious hallway with stairs to the upper floor. The hall opens into the bright open plan living/dining room, which has large wood burner and also has access to the downstairs WC/cloakroom. The fully fitted kitchen (installed 2019) is to the rear of the cottage which has a Bosch electric oven/grill, Bosch inductive electric hob, Bosch dish washer, Bosch extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, nespresso, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. The lounge/diner is a spacious and bright area running from the front to the back of the cottage and has comfortable seating for 6 guests plus a high chair. There's a large digital flat screen colour TV with all the channels via a Freesat box, which also allows access to your own Netflix account, a DVD player, and a BOSE wireless sound system. Large french doors open directly to the rear patio and garden. Upstairs, there are three very bright and spacious bedrooms leading from the landing and a large family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washbasin, and WC. At the front of the cottage, the master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, whilst the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. All of the bedrooms are quiet and are tastefully decorated and furnished, and a selection of pillows are available. The rear garden is fully enclosed and is secure for dogs with patio paving, landscaped grass and a gravel seating area. For sunny days, there is outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining and relaxing. We have a great selection of family toys, games and books as well as a high chair, stair gates x 2, bathroom steps, kitchen plates/cups and a travel cot. The cottage is supplied with oil fired central heating, lots of hot water & free WiFi. All bed linen and towels are provided (not beach/dog towels) and the semi-detached cottage is no smoking throughout, although the garden is perfect for smoking. Safety gates are in place on the stairs both top and bottom, there are 2 x CO2 monitors, active smoke alarms and the wood burner is fully serviced. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire semi-detached cottage, their own front door, reserved parking, patio and grass garden for the duration of their booking. There is parking for one car to the rear and access via the garden. The open plan lounge is incredibly cosy as it has a large wood burner. There is a charcoal bbq that we ask guests to clean if they use it. We will apply a charge of £50 as a cleaning fee if it is not cleaned after use. We can now offer an exclusive 'pay as you go' electrical vehicle (ev) charge point, which is a single phase untethered AC Electric vehicle charger with a type 2 socket.
