Winterton beach is dog‑friendly year‑round, and the dunes are a dream for long walks. A perfect base for exploring the Norfolk coast and just 5 miles from the Norfolk Broads. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire semi-detached cottage, their own front door, reserved parking, patio and grass garden for the duration of their booking. Consisten high guest scores for hygiene and cleanliness. There is parking for one car to the rear and access via the garden. The open plan lounge is incredibly cosy as it has a large wood burner. There is a charcoal bbq that we ask guests to clean if they use it. We will apply a charge of £50 as a cleaning fee if it is not cleaned after use. We can now offer an exclusive 'pay as you go' electrical vehicle (ev) charge point, which is a single phase untethered AC Electric vehicle charger with a type 2 socket. We ask that guests do NOT run a cable from the property to the car as it invalidates our insurance. Bring your own cable. Check out our other beautiful property, Moonfleet House in Winterton-on-Sea.
