Family cabins located a 4 minute walk to the new waterfront, railway station sector. By vehicle we are 5 minutes from the bus terminal. Secure enclosure with video surveillance system. Consider possible noise from the adjacent land (from the soccer field, operating between 7:00 pm to 12:00 am) The space THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: - Stairs must be used - Possible noise: there is a workshop and a soccer field (games between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM) on the adjoining land - Additional firewood costs $4,000 per bag and $2,000 for half a bag on the premises. You can also buy firewood from the supplier of your choice. - In case of lost keys, you must pay the value of the copy $1,500 - In case of loss of the electric gate control, you must pay $10,000 for its replacement RATE INCLUDES AMONG OTHER THINGS: - 1 parking space inside the premises -Bed linens - towels -Hair dryer - Soap - Complimentary toilet paper for the start of the stay - Complimentary firewood -Wi-Fi - Dish soap, sponge, kitchen towel - Equipped kitchen - Free access washing machine - Iron and ironing board - Smart TV (with Netflix) - Access to grill, disc and barbecue - Basic seasonings - etc. WE DO NOT OFFER: - Personal toiletries ACCOMMODATION RULES: - Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin - Frying fish inside the cabin is forbidden (a griddle can be provided for frying outside). This way we avoid leaving the cabin impregnated with smells that may bother upcoming guests - No pets allowed - No outside visitors who are not included in the reservation - Please keep noise down after midnight. - Check-in is after 3:00 PM. - Check-out is until 12:00 noon
