The place is known to be one of the best sea trout fishing spots in Denmark. The house is simple but tastefully decorated, total 60's retro. The house is from 1967, so if you love the style from that time, it's just for you. The 50 m2 house has an entrance hall, open kitchen, large living room with dining area with fantastic views to the south and over the South Funen archipelago. In the living room there is also a wood-burning stove, which can heat the house outside the summer period. The house has two bedrooms. One with a single bed and a queen size bed. The other room has bunk beds. In the living room, two people can also sleep on the sofa bed. There is a small bathroom with toilet and shower. The house has internet, but not TV. There is no oven, but a good kettle grill, charcoal. From the house you can go directly to the beach via your own property, a huge natural plot of just under 5,000 sqm. Only 100 meters. The beach is a pebble beach, but with a sandy bottom and child-friendly bathing piers. Guest access The entire cottage, including a closed carport plus 5,000 sqm of natural land. Other things to note The house is architect-designed and has been featured in a number of home magazines. Although it is almost 60 years old, it appears to be in good condition.
