Family friendly 3 bedroom home, with garden

Our spacious three bedroom home is peaceful yet central. Just 10 minutes drive to Newcastle CBD and its fabulous beaches and 30-40min to hunter valley wineries. Our home is perfect for young families, with kids toys, lots of garden activities, toddler chairs and no large fragile vases balanced precariously in a corner awaiting disaster. The space Our house is very family friendly. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has one king or one single bed (extendable) and a sit stand desk with monitor, Bedroom 3 has a set of king single bunk beds (and children's toys). We have air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in bedrooms and a dishwasher. Enjoy a separate lounge, dining area and spacious kitchen with a lovely garden for relaxing, alfesco dining, or letting the kids enjoy the trampoline, sand pit and mud kitchen. We also have a claw foot outdoor bath, with hot water - a lovely experience with a glass of wine and a cheese platter! Please note, this house is not exclusively an air bnb property. It will be uncluttered and tidy, but closets will have belongings in them. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note We don't have a TV, but we can provide a wall projector, and have some board games or plenty of internet for streaming on your devices.
