Quiet 3 room penthouse apartment with balcony, living room and two bedrooms. A couple with two young children live in the apartment when not rented out, which is why we also offer a baby bed (up to 3 yrs) and kids chair. If you don't have kids, you can easily visit 6 people. Besides the two double beds where one is a sleeping couch in the kids bedroom, we offer two single mattresses. The space The apartment is in a very quiet area right next to metro, s-train, bus, several supermarkeds, a park and in walking distance of Vesterbro. The apartment has a big balcony with a table and chairs, and a private, newly renovated yard with place for the children to play and hop on trampolines. The park next to the apartment has a big play ground, and during the summer holiday there's a guarded swimming pool for kids. Guest access You rent the whole apartment. If you need to wash clothes, you can go to the local laundromat by the corner of the street and Peter Bangs Vej. Other things to note For a quiet morning on the balcony we recommend you to pick up morning treats at either the luxury bakery ARD nearby, or the closest bakery Bodenhoff. The local café Vintage Coffee is right by, and they offer a variety of fresh juice and baked goods - and it is even right by the park and a fun fontaine for kids. Do not miss out on the famous coffee from Prolog, a hip coffee shop next to the roastery 600m from the apartment. During summer the ice cream store around the corner is a must.
