Arch Cape - Raven Hill Studio

Welcome to Raven Hill Studio. We built this home in 2018. The warm woods, clean lines, and natural light invite the views right in. The large windows and an oversized deck lookout onto Oswald West State Park, a glimpse of the ocean and endless star gazing await. This beautiful space provides an incredibly tranquil experience on the edge of the woods, with the ocean just a short walk away. We have poured our hearts into building this space and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. The space This detached studio has beautiful maple floors, clear cedar ceiling, natural soapstone countertops, and is decorated with beautiful indoor plants, custom paintings, tables, and comfortable furniture. The space is incredibly open and functional with a full sized kitchen containing new appliances. The bathroom has an oversized shower, a Toto toilet with bidet, and custom fir cabinetry. We have a large deck with bbq, outdoor seating and a landscaped yard space. Please Note: We remove outdoor deck furniture in the Fall & Winter months due to wind and unpredictable weather. It is also worth noting that this studio is very bright, it has curtains on all lower windows & sliding door but the large upper windows do not provide coverings which makes for bright mornings. Guest access You’ll have unrestricted access to the detached private studio, deck and west yard! There is room for two cars to park but the paved driveway is steep so flatter parking below on the gravel road is an option as well. Other things to note The home sits above the tsunami zone.
