Perfect designer home in a prime Los Angeles location with close access to the beach, LAX and the 405. Beautiful and comfortable home with a lovely outdoor space for dining and lounging. Our large house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen which can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The space The house is ideally located to explore Los Angeles. The house provides generous space for 8 guests with two separate living areas and two eating areas that accommodates many people. The outdoors provides another large living space with a table that seats 8 people and an outdoor living room with seating for 10 to 12 people. Guest access Guests can use all rooms in the home except the office room at the top of the stairs and one of the master bath closets. Guests will have access to half of the closet space in each of the smaller bedrooms. Guests can use the entire backyard but the garage is not available. The house has a keyless entry system. We will give you the code within a few days of your arrival. Other things to note You can take a lovely walk down to the bluffs. Leaving our home, you walk to the left and then take a right and you will see directly ahead a path out to the bluff. On a clear day, you will see the ocean, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista Silicon Beach, mid city, the Hollywood sign and the San Bernardino mountains. If you walk down the path, you can take a left and you will have a 1.5 mile walk to Loyola Marymount University. You are able to take a left and then a right and it will take you over to Playa Vista to parks, restaurants and shops. There is a farmers market every Saturday.
