Spacious house with a private garden, located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Salò. The garden, with views of the surrounding hills, is ideal for relaxing on warm summer days. Suitable for families and children. The property is located in Salò (BS) on Via Rillosi. We look forward to welcoming you! The space Casa Francesca is a 120-square-meter townhouse spread over 2 floors, with a fenced garden and a private entrance leading to the basement/garage. Recently renovated, it can accommodate up to 6 people plus one infant. On the ground floor there is a large living room with TV and dining area, featuring 2 large sofas, 1 armchair, and a table for 10 people. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a table and chairs, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker (moka and French press), kettle, citrus juicer, and blender are provided. A freezer is available in the basement. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms have beds that can be used either as singles or as a double bed. A baby cot is available on request. The two spacious bathrooms, one on each floor, are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are available in the basement. The garage accommodates 1 car, and there is outdoor parking for up to 2 cars. For those who prefer to avoid manoeuvring, there is a free parking area at the end of the access road, just a 1-minute walk from the house. Wi-Fi (FTTC fiber) is available throughout the house free of charge. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning. Hot water is provided by a heat pump, and heating is gas-powered. The Smart TV comes with a DVD player.
