The villa features Smart TV’s, ceiling fans, WIFI, SONOS whole house audio and ac in all bedrooms. There is a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats up to 10. The guest cottage has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, an ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette. Daily housekeeping maintains the villa. The space Our light-filled villa boasts a large kitchen/dining/living room area that opens to a pool deck with amazing views over Pelican Bay. Guest access This is a private villa and you will have full access to the grounds - kitchen/living area, pool, lush gardens, upper balcony. As it is rented by the bedroom, some bedrooms will be closed off. Other things to note The villa is at the end of a quiet road and it is very peaceful. However we are close to many west-end attractions, beaches and restaurants. *** PLEASE NOTE - the published rate does not include the mandatory 12% accommodation tax or the 10% service fee.
