The space This is a small room, bathroom and private deck attached to a large home. Located on the bottom floor, everything possible has been done to create a private space for your stay. The door opens onto a sun porch that overlooks a fully fenced yard, creating a nice little space to relax. Guest access Located in a quiet nook of Eureka, this space is peaceful and low traffic. Parking is on street . Fifteen minutes to Humboldt State University, walk to shopping, dining and close to the hospital as well as a clear launching point for exploring the world famous Redwoods, Rivers, Beaches and more! During your stay The keys are available by lock box, and we are available by phone, text and email at all times. We aim to give you your space and privacy while being accessible for advice on the area, attractions and directions. Other things to note Pets do live on the property. We have a delightful outdoor male tuxedo cat named Solomon who is very friendly who now has a new friend in the neighborhood. A young female Siamese named Earl (both are fixed).
