Cozy brick bungalow in the eclectic Wells Ave. Pet friendly! Just 2 mins walk to Midtown's cafes, shops, bars, yoga studios and restaurants; 20 minute stroll to downtown; 6 minute drive to the airport & Convention Center. One large bedroom with a comfy queen bed and small couch. Lots of storage! New laminate floors, ceiling, fan and paint in the living room. With a Bohemian-chic vibe, whimsical art, dining area, and quaint kitchen, this abode is your home away from home! The space This is a place for you to relax, regroup and recharge as you get to know Reno- there is WiFi and a television where you can use your own Hulu or Netflix accounts, but no cable. This is a DIY, low-impact home so there is no dishwasher. Kindly wash your dishes after each use and return them to their original place. The kitchen trash can and recycle bin are in the pantry. If you have questions about what can and cannot be recycled, please look on the lid of the blue-lid trashcan in the walkway leading up to the unit. Guest access Onsite laundry in basement of front house available by request. Other things to note Generally speaking, this is a fairly quiet neighborhood but for the occasional rumble of a motorcycle. However, my home is in a mixed use neighborhood. The property is zoned "community commercial" which means that there are several businesses in the area to the west on Wells Ave. I cannot control their business hours or the local city sound ordinances which allow them to conduct business at night time. Please do not park in the parking lot next door. Generally speaking, ample street parking is available unless there is a community or public event sponsored by one of the local businesses.
