Studio APARTEMENT CHIARA - Läufer's Chiemsee Holiday Home Gstadt 30 square meters Our small but fine studio with terrace is located in the quiet residential area in Gstadt. The lake is a 4-5 minute walk. Our property is beautifully grown, very quiet and idyllic. Children are welcome here, but we ask you to register them as a 3rd or 4th regular guest. We also provide cribs, changing tables, chairs for the little ones....We ask for your understanding. The space The 1-room apartment is 30 square meters and is on the ground floor. Large combined living and sleeping room with a double bed (1.60 m wide). Spacious wardrobe that acts as a room divider. Adjacent to the sleeping area is a desk and the satellite flat-screen TV with DVD slot. Shutters invite you to sleep in. In the front area of the room there is a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mini oven. Adjacent to this, you can make yourself comfortable in the dining area. BATHROOM 3.5 sqm The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror, shelves and a shower. TERRACE 5 sqm with garden use The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a grill (we provide charcoal & lighter). Sun loungers & parasol offer plenty of space for relaxation on nice days. You will receive your Wi-Fi password upon arrival. SERVICES PARTIALLY FOR A FEE: BABIES-CHILDREN There is a fee for accommodating babies. We provide a bed, changing table, tub, diaper pail, high chair...therefore we also charge 15.00 per night for babies up to 2 years. Older children or a 3rd person on request (with extra bed) possible 25.00 per night. BREAKFAST Not in the mood to make breakfast? You are welcome to order breakfast from us. According to your preferences, we conjure up a breakfast that you can have in the apartment or on your terrace. TOWELS We provide basic equipment free of charge. We are happy to provide you with additional bath towels (€2.00) and hand towels (€1.50). BEACH EQUIPMENT We will gladly provide beach umbrellas free of charge. Blankets or hammam towels are available for a fee. ENTERTAINMENT Outdoor & indoor games are available for our guests, as well as books and art supplies for the little ones LINENS From a stay of 14 days you will receive fresh bed linens after 7 days, which you can put on yourself or it will be done if an intermediate cleaning is desired. If you want a linen change in between, we charge 3.00 per set (pillow & duvet cover). INTERIM CLEANING From a stay of 14 days, your apartment will be cleaned once in consultation with you and the bed linen will be changed. Just give us a call. We charge €30.00 for this. DISHES Not in the mood to do the dishes? Just give us a call. In your kitchen there is a basket that you can put out in the evening and the next morning you will get your dishes back clean. ICE CUBES Can be picked up from us at any time free of charge. EVENING SNACK Just relax and do nothing? Then order our snack board by 2 PM with everything your heart desires… e.g. ham, bacon, sausages, cheese, smoked fish, sausage salad, Obazda, seasonal vegetables and various bread variations. Homemade and from the butcher of our trust. PICNIC We will gladly put together an individual picnic basket for your bike or boat tour. KITCHEN The kitchen should have everything you need. If you are missing something, please contact us. OTHER OFFERS We have a small fireplace that you are welcome to use for a campfire evening. We are happy to deliver stick bread. Enjoy your vacation days in our lovingly furnished apartment. If you are traveling with an animal, we charge EUR 50.00 per stay. We ask for your understanding that we only accommodate dogs. Our municipality charges a tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night. This must be paid locally. For this, you will receive a guest card with which you will receive a discount from the participating companies. Guest access Free parking on the property. Free Wi-Fi Other things to note Unfortunately, a construction project (construction of a residential building) is expected to start on the opposite side of the street, behind our house, from mid-June. For this reason, we would like to inform you as a precaution of possible impairments in our street as well as occasional construction noise. However, since the construction site is on the opposite side of our house, we hope that any noise will only slightly affect the relaxation of our guests. Our bedrooms and living rooms are all on the garden side in the rear part of the building, so you should be largely shielded from any disturbances there.
