Bonic apartment in Camallera

Renovated apartment with three bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds and another with a trundle bed (two single beds). The apartment is located in a small village in the Empordà, in a very quiet area ideal for resting, disconnecting and connecting with nature. The beach is 15 minutes away by car and the village has a train station (5 minutes' walk from the apartment) that allows you to go to other cities and towns with a beach. Supermarket 2 minutes away and other shops in the village. The space This is a renovated apartment with its charm which we are slowly improving. The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a main part where there is the kitchen (vitro, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron), the dining room (biomass stove and television) and the bedrooms (all with fan) and a second part, separated by an interior courtyard, where you can find the dressing room space (with sink, washing machine and dryer) and the bathroom (with sink, toilet, bidet, shower plate and heater). The inner courtyard has a table and chairs to enjoy the cool air during the summer and an area to hang out the clothes. Parking is easily available on the street of the apartment. There is a Wi-Fi connection. Guest access The stay includes: - sheets, blankets and towels are included. - dishwashing soap, kitchen paper and toilet paper. - salt, sugar, oil, coffee and infusions for the first days of the stay. Other things to note The heating consists of a pellet stove for the dining area, kitchen and bedrooms, and a heater for the bathroom and changing area. The pellet stove is included in 3-night stays. For stays longer than 3 nights, 3 bags of pellets will be left (they will be included in the rental of the apartment). From then on, the customer has two options: - buy the pellet bags where you see fit. - buy the pellet bags from us (notify in advance). In this case, we will leave the bags in the hallway of the downstairs entrance. The cost is €6.5 per bag. The daily consumption of the stove is approximately one bag per day.
