The space Dug deep into the banks of the Botrivier, the cottage is invisible from the main farm as the roof, covered in grass is level with the upper farm land. Hobbit hollow has its own rock pool in the Botrivier and crossing the bridge over the river there is space to relax and picnic under the giant oak tree, or explore the river walks. Hobbit hollow sleeps 4 in two separate bedrooms, the main bedroom having a king sized bed. And the second bedroom having two single beds or one king sized bed. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the farm and are encouraged to explore - from the river banks, to the olive grove. The farms boundaries are the neighbors vineyard through which you enter, and then the two streams. The bot rivier, and one of its tributaries. Adventure out and see if you can find the island!
