Beechwood Garden Suite is Tourist Board approved modern accommodation with free parking, located on the outskirts of Belfast and on main bus route. Enjoy a totally private space and entrance, 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe space and bathroom .Separate cosy living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed with memory foam topper. Facilities include a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits are included. We are committed to sanitising. The space Fixtures and fittings are fresh and modern. Location is excellent as the area has an abundance of facilities for families whilst being close to the city. We are on the main arterial route to the north Antrim coast, featuring Giants Causeway and Royal Portrush Golf Course. We have recently installed new gas heating and electrical supply, fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit for peace of mind. Guest access Free car park available on site. Please advise of your arrival time and estimated time of departure the following day. Access is via the driveway where there is key safe to obtain your key. The property benefits from surrounding sensor lighting. Other things to note Unfortunately, we do not have infant high chairs or cot beds at the property however infants are very welcome. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle. There is no cooker. We do not accept hen or stag parties- sorry! Please note that the double bed is a SMALL double. The on suite is accessed from the bedroom. The sofa bed is in the living area accommodates a third person without extension. For a fourth person, the bed needs extended to a double-sized bed. This will impact on space in the room. There is a memory foam layer for added comfort. Guests have their own patio area
