Steading Cottage - 50m from the beach

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a 3 bedroom cottage in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking. The space It is a cottage in a listed farm building. It is on a private estate and has direct beach access and amazing view of the sea. The Steading Cottage has two master bedrooms and a further third bedroom with it's own shower and loo. The first master bedroom is on the ground floor (no stairs) has a super king size double bed which can also be set-up as two singles. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath loo and sink. The second master bedroom has a super king size double bed which can also be set-up as two singles. A further single bed can be set-up in this larger bedroom so that it sleeps three people in total. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath, loo and sink. The third bedroom has a super king size double bed which can also be set-up as two singles. There is a bathroom with shower, loo and sink. We provide luxury quality towels and bed linen for use during your stay. We will also supply some seperate beach towels which we don't mind going in the sand and salt water. Guest access A 3 bedroom cottage and the surrounding countryside and of course, the sea and beach. All in a private estate. Other things to note The Steading Cottage is perfect for up to 6 people and can sleep 7. All bedrooms can be full super king double beds, or twins. One bedroom can have a third bed, so it can be three single beds or a double and a single. The Steading Cottage has a grass area with a teak table and chairs and table looking out over the sea.
