Double/twin bedroom with private bathroom and pool

Please note: there are two beds, not three. In a modern family home on the outskirts of Deal, 15 minutes walk from the station with high speed train to London St Pancras. The seafront, high street shops, restaurants and bars is a few minutes further. All are about two minutes by car. The private bathroom is on the landing. Continental breakfast is included, a cooked breakfast is available for £12.50 each guest but has to be booked prior to arrival. The room can be prepared as a twin or a double. The space There is an open space area that encompasses the ground floor. At the back of the house is a very large glass sliding door that opens on to the garden and the swimming pool, which you are welcome to use, weather permitting. Guest access We will be happy or you to access all parts of the communal room on the ground floor. We will be discreet and unobtrusive and of course the garden and the pool will be accessible as well, weather permitting. During your stay We will normally be staying at the house as it is our principal residence, will be very unobtrusive but also sociable. We will prepare a continental breakfast for you included in the rental price with hot coffee or tea and can also provide a cooked option which can b e paid separately. Breakfast will be available from 8am until 10am. If you like we can welcome you to join us at the dinner table for an evening meal and that will also be charged separately. You are welcome to store some drink or perishables in our fridge, but the kitchen is our private space, so we would prefer that no cooking be done during your stay. Cooked breakfast is £12.50 per head and dinner is £25.00 per head, (including one glass of wine per head) also to be paid on the day. We can discuss your preferences on the day. Other things to note If you arrive by car we pray you let us know in advance so that we can clear access to our forecourt, where you will be welcome to park your car during your stay.
