Ground floor includes newly renovated library, designer kosher kitchen, large table (perfect for Shabbat), family room with TV, and bathroom. Upstairs the Master bedroom comes equipped with a king sized bed, exercise bike, ensuite bathroom with full JACUZI bathtub. Bedroom 2 is designed for children with a bunk bed (2 mattresses) and an additional bed. Bedroom 3 includes another bed with pull-out trundle and desk / home office with monitor. A second bathroom includes a luxury multi-head shower. The basement comes equipped with a large children's playroom and second home entertainment area. An additional bathroom and shower is located in the basement. Our large PRIVATE backyard includes a full-sized covered patio (perfect for entertaining!), large yard for family enjoyment, full-sized trampoline, and yard toys / loungers. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas of the property EXCEPT one locked room in the basement and a closet in Bedroom 3. These areas are reserved for storing the owners' private property. The property WILL NOT BE SHARED with other tenants or the owners at the time of rental.
