An outdoor setting out front is perfect to enjoy a morning coffee before a swim. The Kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are at street level with the bathroom, toilet, laundry and access to the back yard down a flight of sturdy stairs. Taller guests: Please note the stair hand rail is positioned at a slightly lower height than normal. Enjoy an enclosed patio area, outdoor shower, bbq, second fridge and large under cover area providing protection from the sea breeze. Perfect for enjoying the lawns and nature. Please note the property is not fenced. Guest access Parking is available at the front of the Gee Spot with access to the shack bottom patio area and rear double shed. Please note, access to cleaning storage cupboard downstairs is not available and marked accordingly. Other things to note Please note when viewing sleeping configuration, bedroom 3 is accessed via the bunk bed room as per photos. We tailor your experience based on the information you provide.
