承租人要会说英语 A unique house with recent renovation completed, the 2 connected bedrooms offer en-suite with private bathroom with budget accommodation. The price is all inclusive with free laundry. Only 5 minutes walk from Wongwainyai BTS sky train station surrounded by 7/11 friendly community and yummy street food around the clock. A short hop to tourist area and express boat to old town. Icon Siam is just around the corner. *Please note that we can’t offer viewing service before booking. The space The place is recently renovated with new ceiling in master bedroom equipped with private seating areas and storage, we charge extra for more than 3 persons enable a group to share the second floor. The listing is highly recommended for family or close friends as it’s a shared bathroom in between these 2 bedrooms. However, if you would like to have the whole second floor privately separated from the rest of the house then please check with us, it can accommodate up to 5 people maximum period for comfort living and quality service either single beds or double beds for couple and loner. If you would like to book a room on the second floor as well as the rooftop room thats equipped with AC and fridge then if they are not occupied then you can also check with us first to book more rooms. You can access the pantry on the second floor where you do not need to travel to the first floor to prepare your meal. *All 2 rooms are equipped with AC and hot water installed. Oh Guest access The two bedrooms with one share bathroom including common pantry space to prepare the meals and patio to smoke. This includes kitchen access and garage for laundry space. During your stay I live on the first floor when i come to town for work so any recommendations or help then you can reach me or my friends in the neighbor for help. The area is separated from the other parts of the house. You will only need to share a space with another guest on the 2nd floor. Other things to note We don’t do viewing service as it will disturb current guest peace or exchange personal contact. We got a rooftop soave, but its a separated listing so if you are interested in renting one more room then please check the availability with us.
