Only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. A bin is provided for wipes and hygiene products. • Water is delivered and not unlimited - we kindly ask guests to be mindful of usage. • Septic servicing or water delivery may occasionally occur during your stay. We do our best to schedule between bookings when possible. • Garbage collection is Monday. If your stay overlaps, you may see bins being collected Sunday evening. • Lake levels and shoreline conditions vary throughout the season. Water shoes are recommended. We are not responsible for changing water conditions. • Being directly on the lake means seasonal bugs are part of nature. We treat the property regularly and ask that doors and screens remain closed to minimize them indoors. • The number of guests and pets on your reservation must be accurate. Additional guests or pets require written approval and may incur additional fees. • Chilled drinking water is provided via the water cooler by the dining area. • The fire table and BBQ operate on propane. We usually keep spare tanks on site; if a refill is needed, receipts will be reimbursed. BBQs are checked regularly but may require a quick wipe before use. • A seasonal Provincial Park parking permit is provided (April 1 – November 30). Online reservations are required to guarantee entry. • In winter months, salt and a shovel are available. The laneway is typically plowed within 24 hours after snowfall. • Bunk bed weight limit: 350 lbs per bunk. A detailed cottage manual will be available upon arrival with everything you need to know. Be sure to explore our Guidebook for local restaurants, wineries, breweries, golf, and nearby experiences. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our little slice of Lake Erie with you.
