Five homes in from water and 1/2 block to island shops and restaurants. Cozy décor with pretty artwork. Above garage & behind main house. Outdoor deck with seating; 1 queen, 1 twin. Full kitchen. Street parking only. 5-night min stay; will consider 3-nites if no more than 14 days out from start. Tax/resort fee is 10% of rent & cleaning. A perfect island getaway! The space Apartment is accessed through rear patio. Located above garage so must go up a set of stairs to access apartment. Once inside, all on one level. Guest access Front house and front patio reserved for guests in front house. Rear patio may be used for access to apartment only. Apartment has private deck. Other things to note Dear Guests - because of the patio's close proximity with the front house's master bedroom windows, we ask that you not play music or have live conversations on the patio. A few things to note: - Once you've booked the apartment, we will ask you to send us a copy of each adult's driver's license who will be staying at the property and for you to sign our Short-term Lodging Agreement. Both are required by the city of Newport Beach. - For stays longer than one week, we reserve the right to require a rental application and run credit. - During the summer, we prefer to rent for a minimum of five nights. - We accept shorter stays of three to four nights, however, they cannot be reserved more than three weeks in advance. We are currently booking stays through mid-September 2026. - On-site parking is not available. Street parking out front. Supplies Provided: three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, beach towels, all lines and bath towels. Basic condiments in kitchen.
