Located five homes in from So Bayfront and the water, and 1/2 block to island shops and restaurants. Cozy décor with pretty artwork. Above garage and behind main house. Outdoor deck with seating; 1 queen, 1 twin. Full kitchen. Guests pay 10% city bed tax based on rent. A perfect getaway for a few nights or a week, or for interim housing. Apartment is accessed through rear patio. Located above garage so must go up a set of stairs to access apartment. Once inside, all on one level. Front house and front patio reserved for guests in front house. Rear patio may be used for access to apartment only. Apartment has private deck. Balboa Island is part of Newport Beach and central to all the city's attractions Dear Guests - because of the patio's close proximity with the front house's master bedroom windows, we ask that you not play music or have late-night conversation on the patio. A few things to note: - Once you've booked the apartment, we will ask you to send us a copy of each adult's driver's license who will be staying at the property and for you to sign our Short-term Lodging Agreement. - For stays longer than one week, we require a completed rental application and reserve the right to run credit. - During the summer, we prefer to rent for a minimum of three nights. - We accept shorter stays of three to four nights, however, they cannot be reserved more than three weeks in advance. We are currently booking stays through September 5, 2023. - On-site parking is not available until July 1. Any bookings in May through July 1st will require street parking. Supplies Provided: three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, beach towels, all lines and bath towels. Basic condiments in kitchen.
