Situated on a half-acre lot overlooking the golf course, the property offers plenty of parking, including RV and off-road vehicle parking. The private saltwater pool (not heated) and heated spa with waterfall features create a true backyard retreat. The spa-style bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower, oversized jetted tub, and double sinks. Three additional guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed and closet space, with two full bathrooms conveniently located nearby. A private office with desk, chair, and printer is available and can also be used as a spare sleeping space with a playpen andfoam/air mattress.
