The space This property boasts all the creature comforts you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. We have renovated the interior and exterior of our home however please note the property is not a brand new house and comes with the odd squeak in the floor boards and quirks that an older house contains. We work at making it as comfortable as possible for our guests and like to be honest in setting expectations. This home is a very suited to accommodate families with children of various ages as well as groups wanting to explore what Newcastle has to offer. Guests are welcome to use our family home with care and respect. There are 4 bedrooms: Master bedroom (King bed with private ensuite) 1 bedrooms (Queen bed, shared bathroom) 1 bedroom (Queen bed shared bathroom) 1 bedroom (Triple bunk: Double and single up top suited to children, shared bathroom) Our home also has: Study - sliding doors to accommodate privacy from open living room. Large family open plan living room (kitchen, dining, sitting) Fully equipped kitchen Laundry with washer/dryer Large back deck with BBQ facilities Spacious backyard with trampoline and large funky monkey bar climbing frame. Please note Trampoline and climbing frame is only suited to use by children, any damage from miss use costs to repair will be passed onto guests. Dogs are welcome and must be included in the booking numbers when making the reservation. We love our fur visitors but please not on the furniture or home alone.**PLEASE NOTE: The property does not have a fully fenced yard, so it would be up to the guests to manage their pets. Please note that the house is situated on a gentle sloping block so there are 11 stairs off the back deck. But the benefit is that we have sensational views of the backyard and bushland situated at the rear of the property. There is one small step up onto the front porch. This is our family home and we're delighted to be able to share it with our guests. Our personal belongings will remain at the property for the duration of your stay. Our house is very well set up for children with toys, books, games, trampoline, climbing frame. A porta cot can be arranged if required. No smoking in the house. We have a strict no parties policy We have a strict no noise policy from between 10PM-6AM since the home is in a residential area please be respectful of our wonderful neighbours. If noise if reported you will be contacted. If noise is not reduced cancellation of booking will be imposed immediately. Other things to note All linen and towels are provided during your stay.
