Set on a sublime bush block with maturing vegetation which offers a beautiful outlook and privacy. This beautiful, secluded accommodation features a hot outdoor shower, solid oak floors, stone bathroom, two person freestanding bath, beautifully furnished open plan lounge, queen sized bed and an elegant kitchenette. The Villa is located at the rear of my property behind my home. The space Villa Amare - my contemporary, secluded, secure and private accommodation is a 10 minute drive to many of the most stunning beaches, (Yallingup, Smith's Beach, Meelup, Bunkers Bay, Eagle Bay), restaurants, wineries, caves, nature walks, day spas and attractions around Yallingup and Dunsborough. There are birds and other wildlife on my beautiful block. My home built by Holst Design, was awarded the Energy Efficiency Award for 2019 by the Master Builders Association. My accommodation offers stunning filtered rainwater for drinking and showers/bath, solar panels and a clever northern orientation to make the most of our beautiful sunlight. Guest access On arrival you have your own car bay right outside your accommodation. The accommodation is very private with its own entry and easy access into the property. I have a gorgeous equipped kitchenette, with a microwave, bar fridge, sink, a Webber BBQ, sandwich maker, tea, coffee, pod machine, condiments, milk, bread, butter, local oil and treats on arrival. The queen size bed is brand new with stunning linen or cotton sheets (depending on season) with doona or blanket depending on your preference. My bathroom has organic products including Salus, Moo Goo, Willow and Doterra for you to enjoy during your stay. There is a beautiful outdoor shower so you can shower under the stars. Sit and relax under the Peppermint trees on my viewing area and take in the grandeur of the stunning ocean and mountain view at sunset. Other things to note I have tried to be as eco friendly as possible. I collect precious rain water, have solar panels and have an activated grey water system.
