I am renting out my unused timeshare points to be used at Sheraton's Broadway Plantation Resort. I have reserved the room and will issue you a guest pass for you to check in with. You check in at a 24/7 front desk with photo ID and credit card like any hotel. They will put a hold on your card. No additional charges unless you buy or damage something. NO DOGS. NO SMOKING. YOU DO NOT have to take a timeshare tour if they ask you to. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING but you can request clean towels & linens. The space This resort is located several blocks away from the ocean and a block from the Broadway at the Beach entertainment center. It has a indoor and outdoor pool with a lazy river. The unit comes with a full kitchen and a deck. There are washer and dryers. You are responsible for all damages you may cause and fines for smoking or bringing a pet.
