Villa GUACETO: A paradise between the sea and the countryside

VILLA GUACETO is a corner of paradise just outside the Torre Guaceto Park of the centuries-old olive trees. It is just 10 minutes by car from the beach of Punta Penna Grossa, part of the Torre Guaceto Marine Reserve; undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Salento. The space The house is very habitable with a driveway with the possibility of ample parking on the left. Entrance via veranda in large living room/kitchen well represented in photos; you will find a long table, a single bed, kitchen, countertops and washing machine. Continuing you will find a hallway through which you will enter from the left in the bedroom equipped with a door, double bed and bunk bed with two single beds; bedroom with double bed and single bed, third bedroom with double bed, bunk bed with two beds, independent entrance plus access from internal corridor divided by curtain (for this reason suitable for children); finally an en-suite bathroom with shower and water heater plus outdoor bathroom with hot water from solar heating tank. Perfect to accommodate up to 3 families with children. Please reach out to us with any questions. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse. The owners will not live with them. Other things to note The price is lower than the other houses (of the same size) in the area, because we wanted to maintain the simplicity and humility of a Salento country villa. We are, however, very interested in this kind of solution; and this can only please us.
