Cotswold family home away from home! Sleeps 6

Our home is modern and spacious in a quiet no-through road in the Cotswolds. Its décor is light and fresh. We have a pretty garden, which is south facing. We also have a large kitchen diner, where all guests can gather together. Our drive way can accommodate three vehicles. There is a supermarket and other local amenities within a 5/10 minute walk. We are at the foot of the famous cheese-rolling location so within a few minutes walk, you are surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful landscapes! The space Our house itself is our family home that can sleep 6. We have one large, main double bedroom with en-suite, another double room and two further good sized single bedrooms (with high bunkers with desk space underneath). Although, many of our personal belongings will remain in the property, we are quite clutter free and minima. In the sitting room, there is a large television with access to NOW TV movies and box sets, Netflix and Amazon Prime, Disney and Apple TV. These all run through our WiFi - which we will leave our guests access to. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, glasses etc. Some of the cupboards and the fridge will have our own food supplies. We will leave space in the fridge for you to store your own things, as you wish. We will provide simple supplies - e.g tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Guests are welcome to use condiments, oil, spices etc. Due to this being a family home, we have a good selection of toys for younger guests to play with but we expect these to returned as found. Our property is listed as not having access to the washing machine. However, this can be requested. We are happy to discuss flexible check-in/check-out times. We both work locally so would like to accommodate your needs where possible. There is no access to our office or garage. The house itself is in a quiet, no-through road that sits at the foot of Cooper's Hill, in the village of Brockworth, where the famous annual cheese-rolling competition takes place! On foot, we are minutes away from beautiful landscapes but if you're happy to venture out in the car we have the stunning hills of Crickley Country Park and Leckhampton Hill within a 5-10 minute drive. Brockworth itself has a recently built development alongside an older established village. The new development includes a large Tescos (plus petrol). This is 5-10 minute walk from our home. There is also a lovely Costa coffee shop, chemist, pub and some takeaways. In the older part of the village there are further local amenities with a Co-op and further selection of takeaways. Brockworth is on the outskirts of Cheltenham with its regency buildings, boutique independent shops and the Cheltenham Racecourse all within a 15/20 minute drive from our home. In the other direction we have quick access to both Gloucester, Stroud and some extremely pretty Cotswold villages such as Painswick which is only 15 minutes in the car. We are also in walking distance of the Business Park so can offer accommodation for guests working at these facilities. If you are looking for a property to stay in during any of the race meetings at Cheltenham Racecourse, we are happy to discuss providing a shuttle service from our house to the Racecourse for a competitive fee.
