The space Our space is perfect for 4 adults -- a queen bed in the room and a big sofa bed with pull out for another 2. Location is good since basic shops are at the building or just a block away. Grab, cabs and tricycles come in handy for those who are seeking public transport. The entire building is secured. That way, we can prepare it quickly for the next guests. Guest access Pool Access - ₱ 150/person/ day adult and kids; P300 on holidays. Gym - As per management's policy, guests may not use the gym. Playground - The kids can definitely use the playground. Parking - We don't have a reserved slot for you but there's pay parking around half the perimeter of the property. Rate: ₱ 50 for the 1st 4 hours, +50php for succeeding hours and P300 overnight fee. Other things to note Accommodates 4: Queen size bed can be shared by 2, and the sofa bed has a pull out bed as well. Guest access If swimming, purchase pool passes at condo office (condo office hours: 9am-6pm daily (til 1pm only on Saturdays and closed on Sundays). Your entry CANNOT BE APPROVED by admin office if ID/s are not submitted ahead of time.  We can accommodate the 4th guest if 2 companions will share the sofa bed.  At CHECK-IN, reception will check your IDs and make you sign a health declaration form.  Check-in time is 2pm.
