For comfort it is fully air conditioned and it boasts with the most fantastic views over the Mediterranean sea and Gibraltar. Offering three very comfortable bedrooms (a master suite with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with king size bed and a twin room), an outside dining terrace to enjoy the views and a garden with four sun loungers for relaxing plus a gas BBQ. Soft lighting at night illuminates the garden area. The dining terrace, accessed by sliding doors from the lounge, has a table and four chairs – ideal for breakfasting or sitting with a glass of something cool in the evening. Inside the house you’ll find the modern kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The inside dining area for six, with its contemporary style furnishing, is located just off the lounge, next to the kitchen. The stylish lounge has comfortable seating and offers a flat screen television with international channels (British, German, French, Russian and Scandinavian) plus high speed internet access. On this level there is also a cloak room. Heading upstairs, you’ll come to the three lovely bedrooms, with their very comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bedding, plus the family bathroom. This wonderful house is located about a 10-13 minutes’ walk to the beach with its beach bars/restaurants, which is accessed by crossing over a foot bridge. The house has parking for one car in the driveway and has steps down to the main entrance of the house. The large community pool, with its sun loungers, is located just a short walk from the house. We have never known the pool to be busy! All in all, this is a beautiful house which would make for a very comfortable holiday.
