Quiet Neighborhood | Brand New Private Guest House

Located just five minutes on foot from Kanazawa’s nightlife district Katamachi, as well as popular sightseeing destinations like “Ninja Temple” and the Nishi-Chaya District, making it a perfect location for visitors to Kanazawa. This beautiful brand new guest house was just built in December of 2018, and can accommodate up to nine guests for a comfortable stay. The space The entire guest house is rented out at once, making it perfect for families or groups. There are two toilets, one each on the first and second floors. The bedrooms are on the second floor: one fits six guests, and one fits three guests. Enjoy the house’s stylishly modern and charming Japanese-style bathroom and toilet areas . Guest access • Parking is available: two spaces are available in front of the building. If you would like to use the parking space, please let us know in advance. Other things to note Reservation of children: Children aged 5 and under can stay for free if they sleep in the same bed with an adult. Towels and toiletries are not provided for children who are staying for free. We can only provide the number of beddings according to the number of guests. The fees will be determined based on the number of guests, so we kindly ask for your understanding. If you would like to arrange this, please mark them as 'Infant' when making your reservation. For children aged 6 and above, adult rates will apply, so please select 'Adult' for them in the guest count. Please note that the age categories set by AirBnB may differ from our policy, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Smoking: Please note that smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the guest house, as well as in the entryway and outside near the guest house. This is to avoid causing any inconvenience for the neighbors. Check-In: Because guests have the entire house to themselves, we do not keep staff on-site. A member of our staff will meet you at the guest house for check-in time, so please let us know at least one day in advance what your check-in time will be. Amenities: Bath towels and face towels are provided for each guest. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers, tea, and coffee. (Please note, that we do not change towels everyday.) • Feel free to use the dishes, glasses, seasonings, etc. However, please do not take the towels or other amenities with you when you leave. • Do not hold parties here or make loud noises in the evenings. Other people live close by, so it is important to have good manners and follow the rules, to avoid being a nuisance. • In order to keep guests safe from suspicious people, the guest house has a security camera at the entrance. Please note that we may use it for security purposes, especially if people who are not on the reservation enter the guest house.
