This upgraded cabin features a comfortable king bed, private laundry, 50" smart LED TV, fiber internet, RO drinking water, & ample storage. Full kitchen features an island, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, and full size refrigerator/freezer. Plenty of parking with room for a trailer. Hiking right outside the door with stunning views. Ouray County permit STR-2-2024-023 The space The cabin has high speed fiber internet (500Mbps upload/download). Besides the king bed in the bedroom, there is a queen size Murphy bed in the living area. The mattress on the Murphy bed is thick and comfortable. Someone can also sleep on the leather couch and there is a twin blow up mattress. There is furniture on the back deck where you can sit and enjoy the views. You also have softened water for showering, cooking, and washing your clothes along with reverse osmosis drinking water so you don't have to buy drinking water. Guest access There is a large parking area in front of the guest house. We just ask that you don't block the driveway or the garage on the main house on the property. Other things to note There is a larger main house on the 5 acre property across from this guest house. We live onsite in the larger main house and own/manage the property through Narrow Path Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State with entity ID #20221125870.
