Welcome to Des Plaines and our home! This house was gut renovated 2 years ago and all appliances are like new. Plenty of sunlight and plants as well as a spacious back yard and street parking. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood with bunnies running around and birds singing. First floor is entirely yours as the bottom basement is used by us. Separate entrances and no shared facilities. The laundry room has a couch that can sleep one shorter person. The kitchen has a quatrz countertop, double sink and is fully equipped with coffee machine, hot water kettle, juicer, blender, hand mixer, toaster, dishwasher, huge refrigerator and freezer. The dining room features a Modani dining table and 6 chairs. The living room has a 62 inch TV, very comfortable couch including an ottoman and a separate round spinning chair. Two people can sleep on the couch. Back porch is with a screen net and the backyard has a table bench and an umbrella. Windows are sound insulated but even when they are open no sound except birds can be heard unless a plane flies directly over which rarely happens. Airplanes fly over other neighborhoods. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. Grocery stores are plenty in the neighborhood - Target 1 mile away, Jewel-Osco 2.1 miles away. O'Hare airport - 4.5 miles away.
