The villa has 1 living room and 2 TV rooms. Bed linens are included in the price. The age limit for renting the accommodation is 25 years. PLEASE NOTE: No pets and no smoking indoors. Cleaning of the house is done by yourself on departure, otherwise you will be charged a fee of SEK 1,500. Vacuum the house and mop the floor. Toilets should be cleaned properly. If you don't follow our rules, you will be charged afterwards. Garbage is taken out and disposed of in the designated place outside the house.
