The space The property offers rare privacy, with lush indigenous vegetation on all sides and views of the open sea from every room and terrace. Although the property is on the coast, due to the topography there is no place to swim on the spot. Public beaches are within a short walking distance from the house. Private parking for two cars. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Please note that the house is located below the parking area and is reached via a staircase, so guests should be comfortable walking up and down steps. Other things to note The area around the house is awaiting a natural stone finish. While this does not affect the guests' experience in any way, we nonetheless offer a 20% discount (already applied to the listing price) until the work is completed.
