The space Our historic home is located in Boylan Heights, a creative, fun, and artistic neighborhood just blocks away from Dix park, downtown, and the best coffee shops and restaurants in Raleigh! This beautifully updated, cozy room features newly renovated floors, fresh paint, and stylish new furniture. It offers a queen bed, a private bathroom with a stand-up shower and bath products, an original coal fireplace (non-working), extra-high ceilings, free WiFi, and convenient curbside parking. We also offer premium coffee and tea for all of our guests. Check-in is anytime after 3pm the day you arrive, and check-out is anytime before 11am the morning you depart. A Note on Our Home: We are a warm, busy family with two school-aged children living on-site. While we do our very best to keep our home quiet and peaceful—especially during the evening and morning hours—you may occasionally hear some distant, normal family life in the background during the day.
