Welcome to our restored 1908 home in Boylan Heights, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Raleigh! The space Our historic home is located in Boylan Heights, a creative, fun, and artistic neighborhood just blocks away from Dix park, downtown, and the best coffee shops and restaurants in Raleigh! This corner room has a queen bed, private bathroom with stand up shower and bath products, original coal fireplace (non-working), extra high ceilings, large windows with views of Raleigh's famous oak trees, free wifi, and convenient curbside parking. We also offer premium coffee and tea for all of our guests. Check-in is anytime after 3pm the day you arrive, and check-out is anytime before 11am the morning you depart. Guest access Our guests will have access to the wraparound front porch, large entry foyer, upstairs hallway, and shared coffee/tea station. During your stay We often don't get to meet our guests face to face, but do love interacting with them whenever possible We are respectful of our guests’ time, space, and privacy while staying with us. Please note that we do have young children who live in the home that you may hear. Other things to note We have two additional bedrooms available to rent on-site in case you are traveling with a larger group.
