Cozy 1930s townhouse in the center of Tilburg In the middle of the bustling Piushaven is our cozy, atmospheric, bright and spacious 1930s home. As soon as you step out the door and walk around the corner, you are at the harbor with all its cozy cafes and restaurants. Just a stone's throw away (5-minute walk), you will find the Piusplein and the Heuvel. After a fifteen-minute walk, you are at the station or in the Spoorzone. Plenty of space, coziness around the corner and yet plenty of privacy in your own garden. The space Ground floor & garden: The house has a huge spacious ground floor with the living room on the street side and the dining room on the garden side.
