Romantic Fairy with a Private Terrace

The space It is located a few steps from the ocean and Aretusa Spring , half way between the Cathedral and Maniace Castle. It's a two-room apartment on the first floor. It’s called "Fate" (“Fairies”) for the magic and enchanting vibe you can breathe in. It has a quirky layout on different levels. The apartment consists of a living room - kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower unit and a large terrace. An old stone arch, a well and a niche of the ‘800 characterize the living room-kitchenette. A typical brick staircase leads to the bedroom, with a window on the typical courtyard. You will be delighted in feeling the fragrance of the magnificent orange tree in blossom. The furnishings is made with antique Sicilian furniture. A lovely wooden staircase (a bit steep.. looki at the picture!) leads to the terrace. From there you will enjoy a wonderful quaint view on the rooftops of Ortigia. It can be used as a sun bathing or you can open the parasol to refresh yourself. It has delicious armchairs, a table and reclining chairs. From here you can take a drink, anjoy a lunch or a romantic dinner with a pleasant evening breeze in summer time. It’s adorned with typical local plants. Guest access The building is equipped with a wide and modern glass-windows elevator for the three floors. An antique marble staircase connects the different floors. All the apartments are well-furnished and finely decorated (we hope so and we do our best..) also with family stuff. Amenities: proper kitchen, refrigerator, heat pumps and air-conditioning, national and digital TV, radio with CD player, iron and ironing-board. Wi-fi connection for Free!! A fine selection of tablecloths and crockery . Bathrooms with electric boiler, shower unit and hair-dryer. Set of sheets and towels. A laundry-room on the second floor is provided with 3 washing-machines, 1 tumble drier and some clothes-racks. It is to share with all the other guests in the building, For Free.
